Our product, Newton, is a customized web application that handles large databases, compliance, and document needs easily and facilitates collaboration among departments. After years in the making, we are moving to a software-as-a-service solution where integration and automation will play a central role.

About the Role

As a Junior Marketer Manager, you and the team will be central to bringing Newton to the hands of our first legal departments to manage their legal entities and compliances. We are working to bring our product from custom software to a larger audience. This is a greenfield opportunity to accelerate Newton’s adoption by positioning, campaigning, and driving strategic adoption.

We’re looking for an engaged and passionate marketer, with expertise in content creation, and a strategic mindset that can support our go-to-market. This is a great role to learn by doing, take responsibility and experience growth.

In this role you will:

  • Position Newton to win in the European legal tech market, amongst a diverse list of competitors and a defined audience.
  • Foster a deep understanding of our users and customers, and be their voice with our team.
  • Work from the strategy to the implementation of compelling messaging, positioning, content, podcast, events, and campaigns that drive core marketing metrics and high-quality sales conversations.
  • Support the team to create an outstanding help centre and FAQs section.
  • Drive product star reviews on major relevant sites or communities like Capterra or G2.
  • Help to manage a team of content marketers.

You may be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Work experience focused on SaaS is a plus
  • An eye for product-led and sales-led environments
  • Storytelling with strong written and oral communication skills

Apply & First call

Reach out to us on LinkedIn for open positions or a spontaneous application. After reviewing your application the team decides whether to have an intro video call or get back to you with an update.

Generally, the first call assesses your interests, previous experiences, behavioural questions and starting availability.

Get to know

We generally meet in person for technical and non-technical interviews. 

We proceed with an on-site study case where we are going through a problem we are facing and unfold it with you.

During all the interviews and steps, you can ask any question and our staff will be there to support you with any kind of information.

Decision

In case of positive outcome, we send an individual draft proposal and give you the time to discuss it and make the decision to work together. If both sides agree, we send the final contract to sign. Once you are hired, our staff will take care of your onboarding, hardware & software preferences and make sure you will have the best start possible!
